Major Challenges

Even though South Delhi has seen its fair share of urban development, there have been issues with regard to roads, parking, unavailability of land, and exorbitant prices in real estate. Parking problems, involving space and parking rates have risen considerably over the years, with the tremendous number of vehicles that marks Delhi, as a whole. The unavailability of land for further development has increased the rental and sale prices exponentially.
